The building provides electrical service to the tenant spaces, which is designed to accommodate standard office equipment. If you plan to increase or change the amount of office equipment you operate, please contact the management office to determine whether the electrical service to your space is sufficient to accommodate your needs.
Tenants are responsible for the installation, care and maintenance of their phone and data equipment. Phone closets are the property of the building and are designed to act as a distribution point for phone line service. Tenant phone and data equipment must be installed within the tenant space.
The building’s phone, mechanical, and electrical closets are locked. Please contact JLL Management with 24 hour notice for access to these areas.
