Building Hours

Monday through Friday 6:00 am – 6:00 pm Closed weekends and major holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

After Hours Access

Tenants may access the building outside of normal business hours with access cards. Card readers are located at the parking garage, the 4th Street ground level entrance, the 2nd floor elevator lobby, and one in each elevator.

After-hours access to floors 3 through 8 of the building is restricted to tenants who actually occupy each floor. Parking garage access is restricted to tenants with reserved parking.

Employees working in the building after-hours can exit the building without an access card via the elevator or the stairs.

Please note that JLL does not provide lockout service unless given prior authorization by the tenant. The minimum charge for an after-hours lockout is $225.00.

Access Cards and Keys

Access cards, office keys, and restroom keys are provided to each tenant upon their move-in. Additional and replacement keys are available upon request for $15.00 per access card, $5.00 per restroom key, and $4.00 per office key with a $10.00 set up charge per order.

Key and Lock Policy

To maintain the integrity of the building's security system, keys and other locksmith services must be coordinated through the Property Management Office. All requests must be submitted via Prism by an authorized tenant representative.

Deliveries

Hand held deliveries or those with small carts may be made through the building lobby. Larger deliveries must be made through the loading dock entrance and taken up through the freight elevator. Some floors may need special access through the passenger and freight elevators.

Mail & Shipping

US Postal Service

The US Postal Service will deliver mail to your suite and pick up any outgoing mail every weekday (except holidays). There is also a drop box for outgoing mail on the lower level. The latest pickup is 3:30 pm.

There are two post offices within a short walk of 330 South Second. The main post office at 100 S 1st Street is two blocks north of 330 South Second. A postal substation is located in the Grain Exchange building at 307 4th Ave S, two blocks east of 330 South Second.

FedEx & UPS

There are FedEx and UPS drop boxes located in the lower level elevator lobby. The boxes are picked up every weekday (major holidays excepted) at approximately 5:45 pm.

The building is secured after hours by a stand-alone security system. The north and south emergency stairwells are secured at all times, except in the event of a fire alarm.

A security officer is stationed in the building during the above posted hours. The officer checks the entire building multiple times during each shift on a randomized schedule.

Please help us keep the building secure by reporting all lost or stolen access cards.
